We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £50. To be able to take advantage of free shipping, you must have the registered account with us. Alternatively we offer free shipping on CDs of any quantity for registered accounts within UK only.
We ship all orders in strong packaging.With vinyl records, we take extra care removing the inner sleeves (where possible) to prevent spine damage, reinforcing the parcel with specially designed cardboard and boxes.
Unavoidably, parcels get sometimes damaged. If your order arrives damaged, then you need to claim with your post office. Keep the damaged packaging as proof. All parcels leave here in very sturdy condition, and if they do get damaged then it's usually not our fault.
Parcels very rarely get lost. However, it does inevitably sometimes happen and so we always recommend insurance on all valuable orders. Without insurance, we cannot be held liable, sorry!

Our returns policy is simple! Our "28 days return" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart (which is fair enough) you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 28 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
This offer is only available to customers from the United Kingdom: For all orders delivered to the UK, you can download a label for free postage here. When making your return, please stick this label on the outside of your package, and either place it in your nearest Post Box or pass it on to a friendly member of staff at your local Post Office. You need not pay any extra for this service. This service is not recorded and therefore if the item is lost in transit then we cannot be held liable. If you are returning an order with a great value then we recommend that you pay for a recorded service.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift-wrapping. The item(s) must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
Any price/swing tags attached to the item must also be left intact. Unless you are returning items due to a genuine production fault, you will be required to pay any additional postage costs for shipping the exchange to you.
We always check that goods are in perfect condition before they are sent out but, in the unlikely event that goods are genuinely faulty, we will be happy to exchange them free of charge, or to give you a full refund, we will also cover your return postage charges if a receipt for these expenses is included in the parcel.
If you require an exchange of size or colour for light t-shirts or light vests, please return the t-shirt or vest only. Keep the panel and the driver, as these parts are prone to damage if not packed properly. Panels and drivers are interchangeable and will fit different t-shirt and vest sizes equally well.
If you are returning an item but would like to exchange it for something else and you're not sure what, we are happy to issue a gift voucher for the value of the item you are returning. Due to the nature of the product, CDs cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are returned unopened, with any seals and/or wrapping intact.
Damaged or defective goods: in the unlikely event that you receive products which are damaged or defective or become defective within 7 days of receipt, we shall, at our own option, either replace or refund any damaged or defective products (including the postage and packing you were charged) PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation email within 2 working days of delivery of the products and that, in the case of physical products, you return the products in the same condition that you received them;
Goods that become defective of faulty after 7 days, but before the end of the manufacturer's warranty period: should a product you purchase become defective or faulty after 7 days from delivery and before the end of the manufacturer's warranty, we shall, at our own option, either repair or replace the products;
Goods that become defective after the end of the manufacturer's warranty period: on a case by case basis, and at our own option, we may accept returns on items which are no longer covered by a manufacturer's warranty, but may charge (as agreed with you in advance) for postage costs and repair costs;
While we endeavour to ensure all goods returned for repair are returned to you within 14 days, in the event that the repair of goods will take longer than 6 weeks from the date that they are received by us, you agree to accept a compensation payment at a rate of 10% of the gross value of the product for the delay. Should the repair not be possible or take longer than 2 months from the date the goods are received by us, we will make a full refund/replacement available as directed by you;
For digital or downloaded items, we will not entertain claims for faulty products based on production values. We do not specify the criteria under which artists or labels produce their products, and so cannot provide any guarantees of issues production quality, such as, but not limited to, recording volumes, analogue mastering, full frequency ranges in audio files;
Our mistake: If items are not delivered due to a mistake on our part you will be completely refunded, or sent the package again without extra charge; whichever you prefer. Please note that when you place your order, a label is automatically generated from the address you type into your account details, so you are responsible for getting this right. If you get your address wrong and do not notify us before the order is sent, we cannot refund the postage costs. If we accidentally send you items that you did not order, we will refund you for them and also for the cost of the outgoing postage and packing on those individual items, once you send them back to us;
Your mistake: If items are not delivered because you gave us incorrect information, or because your post office was unable to deliver the package because there was no-one to receive it and/or no-one came to collect it from the sorting office, you will be refunded for the cost of the items, but not for the postage and packing. We can re-send the items but you will have to pay the postage and packing charge again;
Please note that we are unable to accept cancellation of any orders for digital downloads, nor offer any refund for such orders, once downloading has commenced.
Colours. We do our best to accurately represent the items in our photography. However, as we have no control over our customers’ monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.) We cannot guarantee colours will be exactly as they appear on our website. Furthermore, some of the items we sell have a ‘vintage’ or ‘distressed’ finish which commonly have some variety in production.
When placing an order for any Products from the Website, you will state, specifically, which Products you desire to purchase and shall also at the same time confirm to us, at your own risk, your home address, telephone number (including STD code), delivery requirements and selected payment method including credit card/debit card details together with such other details that may be requested at that time from you by us. Any orders received by us after 5.00PM GMT/BST shall be deemed to be received the following working day.
Your contract for purchases of physical items through the Website is with Arkona Creation Limited whose registered office address is Arkona Creation, 1A Alfred Road, London, E15 1RJ, United Kingdom, and you undertake that any and all products ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only. You further agree that email can be used as a long-distance means of communication.
No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and us until the items ordered have been received by you. At any time until this point we may cancel the sale for any reason.
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purposes of ordering or purchasing products or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products or services ordered. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of our Terms and Conditions, and fulfilment of any order for Products is subject to stock availability and acceptance by us of your order. We are under no obligation to fulfil any customer order.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being dispatched by contact us ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number or by telephoning +44 (0) 753 876 6537 between 10am and 6pm GMT/BST, Monday to Friday.
- Payment, Pricing & Exchange Rate
Exchange Rate. We take transactions in Pounds Sterling as well as United States Dollars, Euros, and Russian Rubles. You can choose the currency which you would like to pay in at any time using the drop down menu on the lower right hand side of the website. This way you can see the cost to you that your desired items will be in your chosen currency.
This exchange rate is automatically updated every morning. Once you have made an order, all further transactions based upon that order (cancelled items, refunds, extra items, additional charges) would be processed using the exchange rate at the time of the initial purchase.
Price. The price for each Product is shown on discohunters.com and includes V.A.T at 20.00%. We always try to make sure that the prices on discohunters.com are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address and shipping method you specify. For more information about our delivery charges for UK and International despatches click here.
Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.

If you wish to register with the Website, you must enter the "Log In" page on the Website and register using our online registration process. In doing so you must agree to (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Website's registration process and (ii) maintain and promptly update the information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. We may terminate your Account and any or all rights to the Website if any information you provide is inaccurate, false, or incomplete. You agree that Disco Hunters may store and use the Registration Data you provide for use in billing fees to your credit card and maintaining your Account.
You will also receive an account upon completing the Website's registration process. Irrespective of whether you choose to use the "keep me logged in" function that we offer in relation to your password/user ID, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email address, user ID, password or account. You agree to: (i) immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your email address, password, user ID or account or any other breach of security and (ii) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session by logging out. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision. Should you attempt to do so, assist others in making such attempts, or distributing instructions, software or tools for that purpose, Disco Hunters will terminate your Account.
